When I created this spice blend I emulated the great aromatic spices that come from many Malaysian kitchens. The perfume that fills the kitchen when cooking with this spice is awesome, and inspires the cook in all of us. Twist the lid of the jar and embalm your senses to take you to the mystical East. A great blend to use instead of the traditional curry spice.
